Our strengths taken too far turn into sabotaging behaviors and then we can get stuck, unable to move forward.

It’s part of the human condition, we all have these tendencies.

But what if you could learn to recognize self-sabotaging behavior – use it as a signal that something may be off – and then shift to more a more efficient, creative, wise part of your brain to make decisions.

That’s what mental fitness is and this is what you’ll learn in this 8-week Mental Fitness Course with Desiree.

What is Positive Intelligence?

This program helps you learn what subconscious patterns (Saboteurs) are impacting your life, how they show up and how to recognize them. You then learn about the Sage mind – the more rational, emphatic and conscious part of the mind. The program was created by Shirzad Chamine, who has researched this and developed techniques to help people shift from the subconscious Saboteur (default) mind to a more conscious Sage mindset.

8 Week Mental Fitness Introduction

– 1 week of orientation + 7 weeks of learning/content

– All sessions lead by a PQ® coach + PQ® Mastery Graudate

The PQ® program

  • 8-week program (7 weeks of content + 1 week of orientation)
  • Registration Closes October 12, 2023
  • First meeting on Monday October 16th
  • Content delivered via a mobile app
    • New lessons drop each Saturday morning
  • 2 options
    • POD (weekly group meetings)
    • Private coaching support

Weekly structure

  • Saturdays: new lecture released via pre-recorded video in the app
  • Monday: Group / Coach meetings
  • Tues – Friday: new daily challenges in the app (around 15 minutes total) + a 1-2 question journal reflection
  • Saturday, Sunday & Monday you will do PQ Reps in the app on your own (you can choose from 2, 5 or 12-minute sessions)

Time commitment

(2 total hours/week + 15-20 mins daily)

  • 1 hour lecture videos per week (split into multiple videos so you can watch in short bursts)
  • 1 hour group or private coaching
  • 15 mins of PQ Exercises a day (mini-meditations
  • Daily check-in with POD via text or message board (to keep you accountable)
