Stressed?
You can’t sleep.
Your mind is racing with thoughts. “What-if’s”.
You’re “Catastrophizing”
…and you don’t know how to stop.
It’s common to be stressed
We’re also living in uncertain times – and that can make things feel much more out of control.
It’s quite possible you feel your anxiety is spiking – or you feel like emotionally and mentally checking out.
It’s overwhelming and scary.
During times of uncertainty, we get stressed – because our brains crave predictability.
When life (or the world) is unpredictable, it’s common to spiral into anxiety.
Having tools to help you manage your stress, curb your anxiety and calm down in the moment are crucial.
Hi, I’m Desiree
I’m a Mental Fitness coach.
3 years ago I discovered a set of tools and a framework that changed my life.
After years of living in survival mode, I stumbled upon Positive Intelligence® – a framework and tool set that helps humans build their Mental Fitness.
Since discovering these tools, I’ve taken numerous clients through the program with excellent results.
People who were navigating divorces, career changes and medical conditions were able to decrease their stress, make better decisions for themselves and reduce their anxiety.
How does it work?
The program is 12 weeks.
The program is a structured program that teaches you the tools, framework and habit forming skills to increase your Mental Fitness.
Your program fee includes access to a mobile application where you’ll access lessons and track your progress.
12 weekly group coaching calls led by me (your Mental Fitness coach) are also included.
You’ll be paired with others in a small group where we’ll meet weekly to discuss the topic, share your experience & progress.
I’ll be there to support & guide the group, facilitate discussions and answer your questions.
What you’ll learn
Stress & anxiety experts state that the best tools for managing stress and anxiety are:
1. learning new skills
2. being in community with others
3. practicing mindfulness and meditation.
This program offers all 3 of these tools.
You’ll learn how to practice mindfulness in the moment – I call this “tactical mindfulness”.
You’ll become attuned to when you’re slipping into stress and that will give you the choice of how you’d like to react.
You’ll no longer be at the whim of the world around you.
Being able to detect your stress when it’s happening and have a tool to manage stress enables you to make decisions from a calmer place.
Managing your stress & anxiety also impacts your relationships. Instead of being reactive during a disagreement, you can take a few moments when you feel the stress, frustration or anger bubbling up and respond in a more thoughtful manner – considering your needs as well as how best to communicate those to others.
If you’re ready to work on your Mental Fitness in 2025, I’d love for you to join the group.
